Our 3870 ovens have 4 convection fans and our 3240 have 2 convection fans. Although they are very powerful and efficient fans, they are extremely quiet. The axial cooling fan, conveyor motor and burner were specifically selected because of their low noise operation. Compare our ovens to any other ovens available and you will be pleasantly surprised. Our low noise, whisper quiet ovens help to maintain a peaceful work and restaurant environment. Our powerful pre-mix burners quickly heat the ovens up to temperature and then modulate down to maintain the set temperature. We Install & Commission Every Oven

 

We know how important installation and commissioning is to reliablity and trouble free cooking performance. It's so important that we do not allow just anyone to carry out this critical task, that's why we have chosen to install and commission every oven. We don't just drop the oven off at your doorstep, we will place it in position, connect it to gas and electricity, test run the oven and then we will cook with your pizzas to ensure that we get the best cooking performance.
